This past weekend was the semi-annual fashion show at Nordstrom. Here are a few pictures to keep you entertained until Daddy gets a video put together!
Amelia walked down and twirled to her heart's content!
Apparently, Elaina smiled the whole way down the runway.
Before Elaina was walking... she was showing us the proper way of doing the squat exercise.
First it was Amelia... now Elaina has joined the ranks of a biped!
Elaina took her first steps for Mommy and Daddy on October 9 in the same family room that Amelia took her first steps. It was so thrilling! She started first with standing up by herself and then it transitioned into walking! Now we can't stop her. For now, though she finds crawling a bit faster.
Sorry this is so late... but for Elaina's first birthday, we took her to the Salem Merry-Go-Round. Elaina had a fantastic time, but Amelia wasn't so sure!

Just a few things... Elaina is now 1! She celebrated her birthday with lots of pomp and circumstance. She went in for her one year check up. She weighed in at 18 pounds, 14 oz and 28.25". She's just a little bigger than Amelia. We go in again for a weight check in another three weeks.
Elaina is now blowing kisses and says "milk," however it sounds more like "mah." We're working on that. She's cruising all over the house and grabbing her walker to walk around the downstairs. She's a little dare devil. One has to constantly watch her. It's so tiring!
